Both Travel models are suitable for inflatable boats, dinghies and other smaller boats. For sailboats up to 750 kg, we recommend the Travel 603 and for sailboats up to 1.5 ton Travel 1103 . Both models consume comparable levels of energy at the same speed. The Travel 1103 has a higher maximum power and over 60% more battery capacity, which also provides a longer range. Travel 1103C has 3 times more capacity than 603. The models are available with both short and long rig.

Charging battery: When the battery is completely discharged, it takes about 9 hours (for Tavel 603) and 12 hours (Travel 1103) to fully charge it again.

Lithium battery life: A lithium battery's lifespan is not affected by how or how often you charge it as it has no memory. Thanks to this, you can fully charge the battery after each ride, regardless of how much battery time remains. In general, one should expect that the battery capacity decreases by about 4% per year. The battery also ages faster if it is exposed to high temperatures for a longer period when it is fully charged. The battery can be used in extreme heat, but we recommend keeping it cool and dark when not in use. 8 years after the production date, the battery should be checked by a service workshop.

Charging from solar panel: The batteries for both the Travel 603 and 1103 can be charged using a solar panel – even while travelling. The battery is compatible with a solar cell charger between 24 and 60 V and a maximum charging current of up to 4 A. the easiest solution is to charge via our solar panel (SUNFOLD 50 W)

Security: The motor only runs when the magnetic key is placed in the correct position on the control and stops immediately when the key is removed. For safety reasons, the magnetic key should always be attached to your ankle or in the life jacket.
