Keep an eye on your friends when you're out in nature. With Garmin Tread Powersport for off-road vehicles, the group can stay in touch with each other and stay on track.

Tour tracking for group tours

With the included Group Ride Tracker, you can track groups of up to 20 riders without mobile coverage. In addition, you can easily stay in touch with friends during the tour with location sharing and preset messages (VHF range).

Robust and durable for all kinds of adventures

Tread is specially designed for off-road use and can handle everything the elements throw at it. It is IPX7 rated for water resistance and is made to the US military standard 810 for heat and shock resistance.

Clear display

Tread has a very bright and glove-friendly 5.5″ touchscreen and is designed to be easily read in bright sunlight or pitch black darkness. It can be mounted in portrait or landscape position.

Topography

Tread includes pre-installed topographic and road maps of Europe, Africa including Tracks4Africa, the Middle East, North and South America, Australia and New Zealand.

Easily sync all your devices

Used The Tread app to sync waypoints, tracks, routes and collections across all your devices, including your mobile device, computer and Tread satnav. Import and share GPX files easily.

Mounts with power

Includes a powered mount, harness with tube mount, and a handlebar mount to attach the Tread to an off-road vehicle for off-road driving.

ABC sensors

For guidance in rough terrain, there are built-in sensors such as altimeter, barometer, compass and meter for slope/degree.

Compatible with InReach

Pair your Tread navigator with one of the compatible ones inReach the satellite communication units (sold separately) for two-way SMS, interactive SOS and weather.

Dog tracking

Pair Tread wirelessly with selected dog systems with GPS from Garmin (sold separately) to track and retrieve your dogs when you're out hunting. You will see markers for each dog within the tracking area superimposed on the navigator's map screen. Information about the direction the dogs are moving makes it easy to follow and find the dogs you are tracking.

Guidance wherever you are

There is Turn-by-Turn voice guidance if you choose to take the Tread with you when you return to civilization and want navigation along the way.

Control your accessories

Pair the Tread with the compatible Garmin PowerSwitch digital switch box to enable on-screen control of your off-road vehicle's 12V electronics such as lights, differential locks and more.

Add a wireless camera

What is around you? Maximize visibility by pairing your Tread navigator with a durable BC 40 wireless camera with pipe mount (sold separately). It is easily mounted on the vehicle's frame, flat panel or roll bar.
