Replacement steering wheel and steering string for both Native Watercraft and other brands with the same style of handle.

The handle wheel is designed to allow the steering to wrap right around the front to give the rudder a full turn. This needs to be combined with the rear disc to work correctly but this can be used as a replacement on Chinese kayaks with the same handle where they have rudders that drop over the back.
